I am currently serving as the Director of Jazz Studies at the University of Missouri, while also performing and composing in Columbia, Missouri. You’ll find some examples of my playing and compositions under the recorded examples tab.
Furthermore, if you are a trombonist and interested in seeing my method book for jazz trombone, check out my publication “The Jazz Trombone Book”. This text is a combination of knowledge I’ve learned from many wonderful teachers and implemented through motor learning principles that at times differ from how we normally approach practice. The book is geared towards trombonists, but any instrumentalists would find its approaches effective.
